Africa has long been exploited by foreign powers. The scars of European colonialism still run deep within the continent, but at the advent of the modern age there has been concerns about the rise of a new type of colonialism: Neo-colonialism. Many have accused China, now the leading trade partner of the continent, of using this tactic to exploit Africa at the present. As members of the African Union, it is your responsibility to decide what measures need to take place (if at all) to curb this influence, and assert the independence of the continent.
